Pre-K Happenings
Language Arts
We will finish our unit in Happily Ever After,The Elves and the Shoemaker.
We are working on comprehension, following directions, comparing and contrasting and rhyming.
Our letter this week is Qq. Please continue to reinforce letter recognition with your child.
Math
We continue to work on recognizing numbers 1-20 and sequencing numbers 1-10. Also counting from 1- 100.We have started to discuss coins as well. The penny is our first coin and we have discussed many characteristics of a penny. Ask your child what they can tell you about the penny!
